JOB DESRIPTION

We are looking for the great candidates for role of Proposal Specialist ‐ a member of Proposal Team based in Ho Chi Minh City office, with following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare quotations for requests from Regional Sales Managers in North America/ Latin America/ Middle East/ Europe/ Asia Pacific.

• In charge of the whole process of running design calculations, pricing tools, completing the official quotation and other relevant documents for Project Tender submission on time.

• Collaborate with other internal divisions and external suppliers to collect documents/ information/ drawings/ updated costing/ technical clarifications/ project schedule for proposal stage.

• Consult Regional Sales Managers to have an appropriate solution for CST products to meet customer requests.

• Prepare reports of Salesforce, VBM, Stage Gate – CST Industries internal systems.

• Coordinate with related departments to keep updating CST systems of Salesforce, VBM, Stage Gate.

• Support project management team during post order stage if needed.

• Continuously streamline the workflow to have the best result/ practices.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor of Business/ Economics/ Science/ Foreign Trade Degree.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (IELTS 6.5 or above is preferred).

• Minimum 2 year‐experience (experience in international trade/ quotation preparation/ project tender preparation/ technical drawing understanding is a plus).

• Skills: Work management, Time management, Team‐working, Communication.

• Careful, self‐disciplined, detail oriented, critical thinking mindset.

• Good at Math, Word, Excel, MS Project and Outlook.
