Tuyển dụng Project Manager tại Vĩnh Long

- Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities in accordance with approved objectives, schedule, budget, and company requirements.

- Develop, monitor, and update the overall project schedule and ensure key milestones are properly followed up.

- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, construction teams, partners, local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Coordinate and monitor project activities related to legal procedures, design, permitting, construction, handover, and project implementation.

- Monitor and control project progress, quality, budget, risks, and key deliverables within the assigned scope.

- Identify potential issues, delays, and risks; proactively propose solutions and escalate key matters to Management when required.

- Organize project meetings, coordinate relevant parties, and follow up on agreed action items.

- Prepare regular project progress reports, including key issues, risks, and matters requiring Management's decision or support.

- Ensure assigned project objectives, quality requirements, and key deadlines are achieved.

- Perform other project-related duties as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s degree.

- From 3 years of relevant experience in project development, project management, construction, real estate, or a related role.

- Hands-on experience in project coordination or project management is required.

- Experience in residential, apartment, social housing, real estate development, or construction projects is an advantage.

- Good understanding of project development and construction processes.

- Good project planning, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

- Able to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, internal teams, local authorities, and external stakeholders.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management/scheduling software is an advantage.

- Basic English communication skills are preferred.

- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and handle multiple project matters.
