I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management:
Plan, implement, and monitor the entire process of the aluminum and glass export project from start to finish.
Assign tasks and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the project's progress and product quality.
Monitor and control the project budget, ensuring the project is executed within the allowable budget.
Assess risks and propose solutions to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.
Quality Management:
Oversee and inspect product quality, ensuring it meets customers' technical and aesthetic standards.
Detect and promptly address issues related to product quality.
Communication and External Relations:
Establish and maintain good relationships with international customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
Negotiate and resolve issues arising during the project implementation with customers and related partners.
Prepare progress and performance reports for the Board of Directors and relevant parties periodically or upon request.
Team Development:
Build and develop a high-performing project management team by identifying talent, planning succession, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Coach and mentor team members, providing regular feedback and development opportunities to enhance their capabilities and career growth.
Graduated with a University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
Project Management Professional Certification.
At least 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager (oversea project) for developers, investors, project consultants, or subcontractors.
Planning and project management skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills, especially with international clients.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Skills in inspecting and evaluating product quality according to aesthetic and technical standards.
Proficient in English communication.
Willing to travel for business trips when necessary.
