Position Purpose

1. Lead the integrated management of schedule, cost, contracts, quality and technical matters for development projects. Ensure sound architectural and MEP technical decisions, resolve site issues and minimise delivery risks while supporting project objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Integrated project deliveryManage schedule, cost, contract, risk and dispute matters across architectural development projects, including Thu Thiem, Nha Be and Long Binh.
2. Schedule, cost and contract controlReview execution programmes and cost plans; identify major contract-performance, variation, claim and dispute matters early; and develop response plans.
3. Architectural technical reviewReview design documents, constructability, material suitability and construction methods, and provide technical validation and decision support.
4. Value engineeringDevelop material and construction-method alternatives that enhance value and consider cost, quality, programme and commercial feasibility.
5. Design-change managementManage design, material and construction-method issues arising during delivery; assess cost, programme and quality impacts; and coordinate required approvals.
6. MEP delivery managementReview the adequacy of MEP design and coordinate timely resolution of MEP technical issues arising during construction.
7. Fire safety and permittingWork with specialist parties to manage fire-code compliance, permits, stakeholder complaints and authority-related matters, minimising schedule impact.
8. Delivery-process improvementBuild and maintain a contractor pool and evaluation criteria, and establish or improve defect-resolution processes, standard programmes and standard contract conditions through project close-out.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Services (MEP), or a related field
2. At least 10 years of PM, architectural or MEP delivery-management experience in large residential, mixed-use or comparable development projects
3. Demonstrated ability to manage schedule, cost, contracts, design changes, quality, claims and disputes as an integrated set of delivery issues
4. Strong architectural, construction and MEP technical-review capability, with practical site problem-solving skills
5. Professional English communication and report-writing skills; Vietnamese capability is preferred
6. Strong leadership and collaboration skills with local consultants, CM firms, contractors and design partners
