What You'll Be Doing

●​ Support project planning, timelines, resource coordination, risk management, and action tracking.

●​ Maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and RAID logs.

●​ Act as the central point of coordination between project teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

●​ Coordinate project meetings and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

●​ Prepare regular management reports highlighting project progress, KPIs, risks, and issues.

●​ Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.

●​ Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements to PMO processes, templates, and tools.

●​ Work with Regional Marketing to communicate campaigns and project updates to clients.

●​ Translate and interpret project-related information from Chinese to Vietnamese.

●​ Support communication between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and Vietnamese clients.

Yêu cầu công việc

●​ Professional proficiency in Chinese and the local language.

●​ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.

●​ At least 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a junior PMO role.

●​ Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Confluence, or MS Office.

●​ Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and the project lifecycle.

●​ Strong organisational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

●​ Experience in financial services, fintech, or brokerage is preferred.

●​ Have a knowledge of CFD, FX, Crypto, or financial is preferred.
