JOB PURPOSE

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing large/strategic customers and their orders. They ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while keeping all stakeholders informed and satisfied. The Customer Project Coordinator coordinates with internal teams and external clients to manage project timelines, production progress, and product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Project Management: Ensure all assigned customer projects are managed effectively from development through production, meeting quality and timeline objectives.

- Customer Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project status.

- Quality Control Coordination: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet customer requirements and industry standards.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, action plans, and meeting notes to ensure project transparency and traceability.

Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues and implement corrective measures to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.

Educational requirements/ Học vấn: University/ College degree or equivalent experience.

Specialized requirements – Qualifications

- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

- Familiarity with production processes in wood, ceramics, handicraft, metal industries is an advantage.

- Years of professional experience: Minium 3-5 years in project coordination, production/ quality in production field.

- Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
