• Acquire new CDL/TW/Auto partners based on the assigned business plan, build and maintain relationships with new/existing partners.
• Work closely with TW Partners to propose policies, commissions to dealers, product parameters, and sales procedures suitable for CDL/TW/Auto Partners for a mutually win-win/sustainable relationship.
• Approach CDL/TW/Auto manufacturers to seek cooperation and boost sales.
• Monitor the operation of related systems specialized for cooperation with CDL/TW/Auto partners, propose changes/updates to improve work effectiveness.
• Make sales plans/reports/dashboards to monitor sales performance, then analyze and provide business insights and propose/improve new businesses, new products, new policies related to TW/Auto products.
• Make business proposals, sales/dealer contest proposals, and implement/monitor them to support sales boosts.
• Manage, motivate, and track sales forces to achieve sales targets.
• Escalate issues to higher levels to ensure problems are quickly solved.
• Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Other tasks as assigned by HOD.

- Education level, certification

• Bachelor Degree with majors in Business Management, Finance-Banking, Economics.
• Male / Female, from 25-40 years old.
• Balanced appearance, good-looking.

- Experience

• Minimum 03 years of experience in Sales Operation, Project, Partnership in Finance companies.
• Strong relationships with Two Wheels/Auto Dealers, Electronic/Home appliance/Manufacturer Partners.
• Strong understanding of the market installment process and systems in finance companies.
• Strong understanding of sales, product, and process, marketing knowledge.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Two-Wheel products at other Finance companies.

• Detail-oriented with organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Leadership skills, have a team spirit.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Can work independently and under high pressure.

- Working time
