This position is to:

• Make sure machine running and operators have work to do by working with planner, manager, and checking, following up closely production plan, production outputs and other activities on floor.
• Do receiving, shipping, issuing and other warehouse activities.
• Make sure machines function right and produce good quality products, and operators run machines safely and efficiently, processes running smoothly at cost effectiveness and very less customer complaints

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Deploy production plans with operators daily, weekly, monthly
2. Follow up plan, production outputs, and record any problems regarding to plan’s achievement
3. Responsible for keeping machine, operators enough work to do and WIP at controlled level.
4. Responsible to achieve production plans
5. Receive feedback and have action plans to improve quality, efficiency, production output, product costings.
6. Responsible for warehouse activities: receiving, shipping, issuing materials and finished goods.
7. Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, skills and abilities requirements:

Requires knowledge and understanding of product line, machine, electricity, and leadership skills. Ability to do basic machine trouble shooting and all maintenance job. Ability to understand, follow, and provide written and verbal instructions; prioritize, organize, and complete tasks independently. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and work cooperatively with staff, management, and other associates.

Qualifications, experience requirements:

• Electromechanic graduate , any Industrial Management degree or above preferred
• 3 years at least relevant work experience, experience from garment factory is preferred
• Experience in managing people (group of 20 people at least)
• Responsible, creative, honest, active, respectful, determined.
• Basic communication in English
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP or Epicor preferred

Physical requirements:

Employee is required normal and good health condition to operate standard office equipment, to walk most of the time, sit sometimes in an office, use tools for machine and electricity maintenance, use pallet jacks to move goods in factory, handle pallets and drive forklift. The position occasionally bends, stoops, reaches, pushes, and pulls, ascends, descends forklift, ladder.
