Production & Process Technician - Kỹ Thuật Viên Vận Hành & Khai Thác

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate offshore process facilities and participate in Simultaneous Operatios (SIMOPS) in accordance with operating procedures, permit-to-work requirements, company policies and emergency procedures.
• Operate and manage production/injection wells in line with well-management guidelines; take well readings and oil/water samples as required.
• Maintain accurate operating logs, production records and daily production reports; promptly report equipment abnormalities and deviations to the CRE or Production Supervisor.
• Perform gas testing and isolations under applicable permits; monitor chemical-injection equipment and dosage rates.
• Carry out well performance/compliance tests, diagnose and optimise process systems, perform API 14B and valve greasing, and conduct oil-quality tests when required.
• Monitor piping condition using corrosion-probe readings and iron counts; coordinate stores/spares and monitor production-material consumption with the Materials Controller.
• Support first-line maintenance and repairs, CFTs, shutdowns, isolations, planned and cross-department maintenance; perform assigned emergency-response duties and other tasks directed by the P&P/WHP Supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University degree, preferably in Oil and Gas Production Technology.
• Experience as a Production Technician, in hydrocarbon processing/similar facilities, or in the operation and maintenance of process equipment.
• Experience with Safety Management Systems and computerised planned-maintenance systems is preferred.
• Able to work offshore on a rotational schedule, independently and/or as part of a team; able to lead a work team when required.
• Proficient in English and able to learn new equipment, processes and procedures quickly with minimal external training.
