ROLES

• The Product & Wholesale Supervisor is responsible for leading the product management of the luxury eyewear portfolio, with primary responsibility for seasonal buying, merchandise planning, inventory allocation, and wholesale channel management. The role ensures an optimal product assortment and efficient inventory distribution across retail stores while managing wholesale business with strategic partners, including airport retailers, duty-free operators, luxury optical retailers, department stores, and other authorized wholesale accounts.
• Working closely with brand principals and cross-functional teams, the Product & Wholesale Supervisor analyzes market trends, sales performance, and customer demand to develop effective buying and distribution strategies. The role is accountable for maximizing product availability, inventory productivity, and wholesale performance while supporting sustainable business growth and maintaining the premium positioning of luxury eyewear brands.
• RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1. Product Management
• Develop seasonal buying plans aligned with business objectives and budget.
• Build product assortments based on sales performance and market trends.
• Manage purchase orders, product allocation, and inventory replenishment.
• Monitor inventory performance and recommend optimization actions.
• Coordinate with brand principals on seasonal collections and deliveries.
• 2. Wholesale Business
• Coordinate wholesale business across airport retail, duty-free, luxury optical retailers, department stores, and other strategic partners.
• Develop seasonal assortments and business proposals for wholesale partners.
• Coordinate wholesale orders, product allocation, and deliveries.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to grow wholesale business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners.
• 3. Commercial & Payment Management
• Manage payment schedules and follow up on outstanding receivables from wholesale partners.
• Coordinate shipment payments, supplier invoices, and other commercial payments with brand principals.
• Process product defect claims, investigate issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and brand principals.
• Issue and manage credit notes for approved product claims, returns, or commercial agreements.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate billing, payment reconciliation, and account records.
• Resolve payment and claim-related issues to ensure smooth business operations and partner satisfaction.
• 4. Brand & Trade Marketing Collaboration
• Collaborate with Brand Principals and Marketing on seasonal launches and trade activities.
• Support product campaigns and promotional initiatives across wholesale channels.
• Recommend commercial activities to improve product visibility and sell-through.
• 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate product launches, inventory planning, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate product information and business reporting.
• Others: follow other requests and assignments from Line Manager based on business needs

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Product, Buying, Merchandising, or Wholesale, preferably in the eyewear, fashion, or luxury retail industry.
• Experience working with wholesale partners is preferred; exposure to airport retail, duty-free, or luxury optical channels is an advantage.
• Good understanding of luxury eyewear products, market trends, and consumer preferences.
• Experience working with international brand principals or overseas suppliers is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
