Tuyển dụng Product Specialist, Zalo Video (Content Distribution) tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Own the end-to-end content distribution and recommendation problem, ensuring users receive the right content, at the right time, with the right quality;
• Translate product objectives, use cases, and relevant signals from Product Core into content distribution and recommendation problems;
• Diagnose current distribution performance and identify gaps across algorithms, signals, and content supply;
• Work closely with Content & Partnership teams to optimize and expand content supply to support distribution and recommendation objectives;
• Own the logic and core architecture of the content recommendation and distribution system;
• Define and optimize distribution logic to improve content discovery, engagement, and user experience;
• Deliver distribution outputs to Product Core based on agreed quality metrics and guardrails, such as Qualified Watch Time per Viewer;
• Drive data-driven analysis, experimentation, and continuous improvement of content distribution performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related fields;
• 3+ years of experience in product management, recommendation systems, content platforms, user growth, or related fields;
• Strong understanding of recommendation, content distribution, personalization, or ranking systems;
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to diagnose product performance and translate data into actionable solutions;
• Strong understanding of product metrics, user behavior, content quality, and the signals that influence content consumption;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data, Content, and Partnership teams;
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex distribution problems into clear product requirements, logic, and solutions;
• Data-driven mindset and strong attention to user experience and content quality;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
