Data Maintenance

Maintain and update product specifications, master data, and documentation in internal systems.

Assist in preparing reports related to product development activities and timelines.

Product Development Support

Assist in coordinating product development activities with suppliers and internal teams, may be in different categories: Beverage, Food, Merchandise.

Support preparation of product samples, material, tool & utensils for Beverage – Food R&D session

Help compile product specifications, packaging details, and development documents.

Assist in tracking project timelines and updating progress status.

Key Deliverables

Accurate and up-to-date product data and documentation.

Timely and well-coordinated for Beverage – Food R&D section

Effective support for product development activities.

Final-year student or recent graduate in Food Technology, Food Science, Business, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI skillset is a plus.

Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

Interest in beverage product development and the F&B industry.
