Product Development Engineer

Develop prototypes and conduct product performance testing using machines and actual bicycles.
Manage production standards, technical specifications, and engineering changes.
Develop samples based on customer requirements and monitor sample progress.
Improve product/production standards to reduce defects and increase productivity.
Conduct 4M (Material, Machine, Method, Man) checks and ensure compliance with technical standards across bicycle tire production processes.
Research and develop new products based on OEM and market requirements.
Design tire molds/profiles and tire structures.
Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 30 years old
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Have 1 years of R&D experience in industrial products, electronics, electronic components, or technically oriented manufacturing industries.
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D software, and Microsoft Office.
Good English communication skills, Japanese is an advantage.
