- Dealer Network Development & B2B Expansion

• Identify, prospect, and establish long-term commercial partnerships with major equipment rental distributors, main construction contractors, and mining operators nationwide.
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for existing corporate accounts, identifying component replacement needs and providing tailored technical parts solutions for heavy machinery fleets.
• Analyze Vietnamese heavy equipment parts market trends, track competitor pricing strategies, and represent the enterprise at industry trade expos.

- Inventory Planning, Order Procurement & Debt Governance

• Align with equipment sales velocity to forecast optimal spare part inventory thresholds, structuring timely procurement schedules to minimize aged stock and maximize inventory turnover.
• Partner with internal logistics and field service teams to ensure seamless order dispatch, delivery execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor client credit limits, enforce payment terms, and proactively execute debt collection in accordance with commercial contracts.

- Regional Collaboration & Performance Reporting

• Conduct regular English-language progress meetings and operational reviews with the Asia Regional Service Director.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, inventory movement logs, and pipeline reports for top management.

- Qualifications & Professional Experience

• Male, aged 30 to 35 (Vietnamese nationality). Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on B2B sales experience in heavy equipment spare parts, construction machinery, forklifts, or mining equipment.
• Prior commercial exposure or deep familiarization with major equipment brands is highly advantageous.

- Core Competencies & Driving Skills

• Solid grasp of inventory control, demand forecasting, and credit management techniques.
• Strong B2B negotiation, partner relationship building, and consultative selling skills.
• Valid Driver's License (B2 or higher) preferred for operating company fleet vehicles during business trips across assigned territories.

- Language Skills

• Good at English(both spoken and written) for reporting, technical discussions, and direct meetings with Asia regional leadership. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an added advantage.

• Salary: VND 20,000,000 Gross/month + Commission.
• Company vehicle provided for business trips (self-driven) or full travel expense reimbursement per company policy.
• 13th-month salary bonus.
• Probationary period compensated at 90% of contract gross salary.
• 5.5 days per week (Monday to Friday on-site/office; Saturday morning flexible/remote).
