JOB DESCRIPTION

• Roles and Responsibilities
• Work with suppliers and prepare Quotation file, align with merchandise team to ensure quotation follows product requirements.
• Assist in expanding the RHA supplier database.
• Support supplier management.
• Prepare necessary documents for shipment, and purchase orders, including PI, CI, PL, C/O, etc.
• Consistent on documents quality delivery in a timely manner.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Final grade or fresh graduate in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, Merchandise, or similar relevant fields.
• Proficient spoken and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Passion for the import-export industry and its best practices.
• Patient, detail-oriented, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Disciplined and responsible.
• Time management is critical, well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
