About the Role

As a Logistics Intern, you will support the senior team in daily order management and logistics operations. Your contributions will help ensure orders are properly followed up, shipments are coordinated smoothly, and information and documentation are kept accurate and up to date.

• Order Management: Support order follow-up from PO placement through shipment, including order confirmation, production status, ready dates and shipment schedules.
• Shipment Coordination: Assist in coordinating bookings, pickups, consolidation and deliveries with suppliers, forwarders and internal teams.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor and update ETD, ETA and shipment status, and follow up on delays or pending information.
• Documentation: Assist in preparing, reviewing and verifying shipment documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Order & Shipment Records: Maintain up-to-date order and shipment trackers and ensure relevant information is properly recorded in the system.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, customers, forwarders, finance and other internal teams to support smooth order and shipment operations.
• Process & Data Accuracy: Ensure information is accurate and complete, identify discrepancies or missing information, and support improvements to daily workflows.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Take on additional tasks related to order management, logistics and supply chain administration as assigned by your line manager.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably with a major in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields.
• Basic understanding of logistics, order management and international shipment processes.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good at Excel; PowerPoint is a plus.
• Attention to detail and careful when working with data and documents.
• Highly organized and accountable.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Curious and willing to learn new things.
• Teamwork and can-do attitude.
• The suitable candidate will be expected to work with overseas buyers, suppliers and logistics partners for Vietnam/China products, including Household, Home Décor and Furniture.
