PROCESSING SUPERVISOR

1. Production Operations & Execution
Supervise daily processing operations to ensure production plans are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Monitor processing activities and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve production targets.
Ensure smooth production flow and minimize production interruptions.
2. Team Supervision
Lead, assign, and monitor daily tasks for processing operators and production workers.
Provide on-the-job training and coaching to improve team performance.
Ensure workforce discipline and compliance with company regulations.
3. Quality Control
Monitor product quality throughout the processing stages.
Ensure all products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
4. Equipment & Maintenance Coordination
Conduct routine checks on processing equipment and report abnormalities.
Coordinate with the Maintenance team to reduce machine downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure equipment is operated safely and correctly.
5. Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety procedures and company policies within the production area.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, environmental, and occupational health standards.
Participate in safety inspections and incident investigations when required.
6. Inventory & Reporting
Monitor raw material consumption and finished goods output.
Support stock counting and inventory reconciliation activities.
Prepare daily production reports, downtime reports, and performance records.
7. Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Support implementation of lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
Work closely with the Processing Manager to achieve departmental KPIs.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Agriculture, Industrial Management, or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in processing, manufacturing, or production operations.
Experience in the coffee, food processing, agricultural products, or FMCG industry is preferred.
Good leadership and team supervision skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with production processes, quality systems, and workplace safety standards.
Good communication skills; English communication is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting.
