Leading overall Technical support for production line running smoothly. Supports production processes, improves efficiency, and coordinates with designer and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities | Trách nhiệm chính

• Define and develop the process flow for new products, including defining and maintaining routing and Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Create process and manufacturing documents, including production drawings, jigs, work instructions, and monitoring of Manufacturing Instruction (MI) status and release.
• Create programs and parameters for each process and machine.
• Conduct and implement process feasibility studies, including equipment, material, and method testing.
• Define and evaluate equipment, devices, jigs, tools, and transfer tools, as well as process requirements for each process. Prepare relevant specifications for new process requirements.
• Check and evaluate material requirements for each process, including packaging. Establish material requirements for new processes when necessary.
• Check and evaluate environmental requirements for each process. Establish environmental requirements for new processes when necessary.
• Follow up on sample production and trial runs, and take the lead in technical activities. Conduct process capability studies.
• Drive continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and optimize BOM costs.
• Participate in quality problem-solving and root cause analysis to improve processes.
• Train relevant staff on new product processes and act as a trainer for new process implementation.
• Implement LEAN manufacturing principles and practices

Yêu cầu ứng viên

•  5 years factory and production engineering experience
• Background in steel framing, aluminum fabrication, modular construction, or similar
• Proven experience managing multi-line or multi-product manufacturing
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Vietnamese language required; English working proficiency preferred
• Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
