Manage machine, tool jig and equipment running smoothly. Maintains machinery and equipment, performs repairs, and minimizes production downtime.

Key Responsibilities | Trách nhiệm chính

• Involve to setup/installation and commissioning equipment with supplier from beginning.
• Troubleshooting machine, tool jig and equipment to support line running smoothly
• Make maintenance plan and implement the preventive maintenance. Daily following up to ensure team implement properly the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Create maintenance standard, training and implement the same
• Involve to quality problems solving analysis to improve
• Continuous improvement machine, tool jig to support increase efficiency and quality
• Maintain data and control maintenance and spare part on systems (Odoo).
• Leading Spare part storage. define Safety stock to make sure spare part available, define Min/Max to management cost
• Implement objective and following to achieve s’KPI: Spare part cost, OEE, MTTR, MTBF
• Evaluating related equipment, device, jig, tool, transfer tool, process requirements for each process. Making related specification in case new process requests.
• Analyze the manufacturing process continuously, in order to identify areas with opportunity for improvement. And work in coordination with others to improve the productivity of the entire plant.
• Implement LEAN on manufacturing. Play the key role in continuous improvement activities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3+ years factory and maintenance management experience
• Background in steel framing, aluminum fabrication, modular construction, or similar
• Proven experience managing multi-line or multi-product manufacturing
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Vietnamese language required; English working proficiency preferred
• Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
