● Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key platforms such as Amazon, Google, PayPal, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, etc., to support user acquisition and market expansion initiatives.

● Negotiate and close high-value partnership deals with direct impact on Merchize's P&L and business growth.

● Propose, design, and execute co-branded initiatives, API integrations, affiliate marketing programs, or service distribution partnerships.

● Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration and performance tracking of partner solutions.

● Monitor and analyze partner performance using quantitative metrics; generate reports and strategic recommendations to optimize results.

● Work closely with Data teams and C-level leadership to develop a partnership measurement system aligned with company-wide OKRs.

Must Have:

● Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development within e-commerce, fintech, or tech industries.

● Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of OKR-driven growth models; prior experience in fast-scaling environments is preferred.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills at the enterprise level.

● Fluent in English, with experience working in global and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

● Proven success in building partnerships with at least two of the following: Google, Amazon, PayPal, Walmart, Meta.

● Experience in API integration between POD platforms and third parties (fulfillment, payment, logistics...).

● Knowledge or hands-on experience in Print-on-Demand, dropshipping, or multichannel eCommerce platforms.

● Comfortable working with OKR frameworks and using data to drive decisions.
