1/ Partner Experience

• Welcome and support international partners, candidates during company visits, interviews and events.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and meeting arrangements to ensure a smooth partner experience.
• Act as the communication bridge between internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to organize partner engagement activities.

2/ Receptionist

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and stationery inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
• Handle office documentation, filing, invoices, and administrative records.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
• Provide administrative support and perform other assigned duties as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Height of 1.60m or above and a bright, polished, professional appearance are required (please include a recent, clear photo that best represents you in your CV)
• Confident and professional presence when representing the company.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident communication in English (mandatory).
• Basic Chinese communication skills (optional).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, Languages, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in hospitality, partner relations, customer success, business development, or event coordination is a plus.
