• Create high-quality 3D models and textures for characters, environments, and props in 3D games (mobile-focused projects preferred).
• Ensure visual consistency, artistic quality, and optimization of assets according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with Artists to support the creation of visual effects.
• Work closely with Art, Animation to ensure assets function properly within the game engine.
• Contribute to defining and maintaining the project’s art style and visual guidelines.
• Proactively suggest improvements to the 3D production pipeline.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 2+ years of experience as a 3D Artist in the game industry
• Experience in Puzzle games, especially Royal Match-style games, is a strong plus. 
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3Ds Max, Maya, ZBrush, or Blender (experience in multiple tools is a plus).
• Solid experience with Photoshop, Substance Painter/Designer, 3D Coat, or equivalent texturing tools.
• Good understanding of rendering, lighting, and material setup in Unity.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy (for character modeling) and mechanical structure (for hard-surface modeling).
• Basic understanding of rigging and animation to ensure compatibility with the production pipeline.
• Ability to adapt to different art styles based on project direction.
• Strong understanding of 3D game production pipelines, especially for mobile games.
• Asset optimization mindset with performance awareness.
• Passion for game development and strong interest in mobile games.
• Self-motivated, proactive learner, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
