Job description

1. Purchasing and inventory planning

• Cooperate wit Sales/sales support team to get customer demand forecast analyze to understand the trend, verify the reason of fluctuation
• Get quotation from factories, negotiate price and relating terms
• Issue purchasing order to factories, control purchasing price, prepare standard stock, safety stock following purchasing budget
• Monitor and manage stock on hand daily to ensure delivery to customers
• Work closely with supplier for every purchasing/ delivery/ quality issue

2. Warehouse and Logistics controlling

• Corporate with logistics agency for all related documents, procedures, process for import and export (HS code, tax rate, CO, customs clearance…)
• Follow up together with logistics agency to finish import-export procedure in time and efficiently
• Finding suitable forwarder, control relating fee/cost
• Supervise /instruct warehouse to ensure smooth inbound an outbound, and proper warehouse operation.

3. Other task as to be assigned

Job Requirement

• Strong education background with at least a Bacheor’s Degree, major in Economy and Business administrative is preferable
• Two years and above of relation experience
• Good communication skills (writing and speaking) in English
• Good work ethics, capacity to learn and adapt to changing at work
• Careful and detail-oreiented, with a strong focus on accuracy
• Positive-minded, strong in organizing, good skill of time management.
• Preferable Age Range: 23-30
