For this position, minimum works are as follows:
- Design, implement and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability platforms using
Prometheus, Grafana and ELK Stack.
- Configure service discovery, exporters, dashboards, alerting rules and monitoring standards.
- Manage Elasticsearch clusters, Logstash pipelines and Kibana dashboards.
- Develop logging, analytics and visualization solutions to improve operational visibility.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Optimize platform performance, scalability and reliability.
- Automate deployment and operational activities using Python, Bash, Terraform and Ansible.
- Support monitoring initiatives for cloud, container and Kubernetes environments.
- Ensure platform availability, security and operational excellence.
- Implement RBAC, TLS/SSL and security best practices for monitoring platforms.
- Monitor backup, recovery and business continuity metrics through dashboards and alerts.
- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, Application and Infrastructure teams to deliver monitoring
and observability solutions.
- Build technical documents, operational procedures and user guidelines when required.

- Specialty/Qualification: Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering
/ Computer Engineering / Relevant Major
- Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Logstash and
Kibana (ELK Stack).
• Experience with PromQL, Alertmanager, Grafana dashboard development and Logstash
pipelines.
• Knowledge of Prometheus federation, sharding, exporters and service discovery.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and OpenShift.
• Experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Programming/Scripting Languages: Python, Bash.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Loki or Kafka is a plus.
• Ability to communicate both in English and Vietnamese.
• Banking domain experience is a plus.
