•     Manage and take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations at MTL: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and guest services.

•     Develop, monitor, and optimize operating procedures to improve service quality and guest experience.

•     Manage the operating budget, control costs, and optimize the property's net profit.

•     Recruit, train, manage, and develop the on-site team.

•     Track and improve key business metrics: occupancy rate, revenue, operating costs, and guest reviews/ratings.

•     Handle emerging issues, guest complaints, and operational incidents promptly and professionally.

•     Coordinate with senior management to report on operations and propose strategies to improve business performance.

•     Ensure compliance with legal regulations, fire safety standards, and hospitality industry standards.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

•     At least 5 years of experience in an operations management role at a hotel, homestay, resort, or hospitality chain (hands-on experience required; candidates without prior management experience will not be considered).

•     Has directly been responsible for the business results (P&L) of a property or branch.

•     Ability to manage a team, provide training, and build an effective work culture.

•     Proactive mindset, able to make independent decisions, handle pressure, and respond flexibly to situations.

•     Knowledge of operations, cost management, and occupancy optimization in the hospitality industry.

•     Experience with boutique hotels, serviced apartments, or upscale homestays is a plus.

Strong communication and guest complaint-handling skills
