Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the Ops Efficiency team, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Performance Analysis

• Utilize data analytics to measure operational performance, identify trends and provide actionable solutions to improve service quality.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Build monthly and event-specific plans and collaborate with relevant teams to align operational plans and processes, ensure the smooth and efficient operational flows.
• Support Operations team in network changes, new services and expansions.

Project Management

• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Do other tasks as assigned by the company.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in operations management, efficiency improvement, or a similar role.

Track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Be fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
