Position Overview:

The One Holding (TOH) is looking for a highly experienced Operation Supervisor to help build the foundation of our Freight Forwarding division. This role requires a hands-on professional who can oversee the entire lifecycle of a shipment, from paperwork to field coordination, carriers, and customs.

What will you do:

Your responsibilities will follow the actual workflow of a shipment:

Handle requests from Sales, negotiate with carriers and vendors for the best rates, and prepare pricing for Sea, Air, Inland and oversea shipments.

Proactively monitor and update monthly rates/tariffs from carriers/agents. Keep track of logistics market and update to the FF team.

Secure bookings and ensure accurate preparation and management of all import/export documentation.

Coordinate trucking operations, closely monitor customs clearance, and proactively resolve any unexpected issues to prevent delays.

Keep clients updated on shipment status. Issue Debit Notes, hand over PODs, and close job files in the system.

Work with management to build and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the new department.

Graduated University/ College

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Docs/Cus and Operations within Freight Forwarding. Including Im/Export for all Sea/Air/Inland.

Deep, practical understanding of Sea/Air and inland routing. Existing good relationships with carriers is advantage.

Good English skills (written and spoken) to coordinate effectively with overseas agents and FDI customers.

Sharp-minded with strong multitasking abilities (handling pricing, documentation, and dispatching simultaneously).

Highly responsible, proactive, and exceptionally careful with numbers and paperwork.
