• Lead regional retail operations to ensure flawless execution at store level, drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and develop a high-performing field team.
• Lead retail execution across the assigned region to achieve sales and operational KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with regional customer stakeholders and serve as the key operational contact.
• Ensure Perfect Store execution, including POG, OSA, Pricing, Promotion Compliance, SOS and SOD.
• Monitor Sell-in, Sell-out and OSA performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Ensure timely execution of new product launches, promotions and customer initiatives.
• Collaborate with KAM to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor execution gaps, competitor activities and recommend improvement actions.
• Forecast product requirements and coordinate stock readiness for campaigns.
• Review field execution quality, reporting accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze sales performance by region, ASM, category and SKU to identify opportunities and risks.
• Evaluate promotion effectiveness and support customer activation projects with actionable recommendations.
• Lead, coach and develop ASM and Merchandising teams to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct regular field coaching and performance reviews.
• Strengthen team capabilities in retail execution, merchandising standards, negotiation and customer engagement.
• Ensure manpower readiness and maintain a high-performing organization.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Retail Operations or Field Sales, preferably in FMCG (GT/Minimart/Modern Trade).
• Proven experience in regional business management and leading field teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel frequently for market visits.
