1. Diagnose Operational Performance Issues

• Analyze periodic operational data (volume, transit time, cost, exception rate, productivity,…) to identify trends and anomalies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on operational bottlenecks and losses (Middle Mile, Hub, Last Mile, fleet).
• Perform on-site field visits (Hubs, routes) to validate real-world issues, bridging system data with ground execution.

2. Lead Improvement Projects from Problem to Execution

• Own and execute operational improvement initiatives assigned by the CEO.
• Develop detailed project plans (scope, milestones, resources, KPIs, risk assessment).
• Coordinate cross-functionally (Operations, Tech/IT, HR, Commercial) to ensure on-time delivery and goal achievement.
• Evaluate post-implementation impact and refine solutions based on operational data.

3. Standardize and Sustain Operational Gains

• Translate successful project outcomes into clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, control checklists, and operating routines for network-wide deployment.
• Create user-friendly training materials, visual standards, and handover packages to ensure operational teams adopt new processes smoothly.
• Establish control plans, audit mechanisms, and daily operational health checks to ensure gains are sustained after project handover.

4. Manage Nationwide Transportation Operations

• Manage nationwide transportation operations covering more than 100 vehicles across the network.
• Take primary responsibility for transportation coordination among key hubs:
  • HUB 1 – Hung Yen.
  • HUB 2 – Binh Duong.
  • HUB 3 – Da Nang.
  • HUB 4 – Can Tho.
• Allocate transportation resources based on operational demand and route requirements while maximizing vehicle utilization.
• Monitor, update, and maintain vehicle records, including: Vehicle condition, Operational history, Maintenance schedules, Inspection, insurance, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor transportation KPIs, including: Fleet utilization rate, Load factor performance, Transportation cost efficiency, On-time transportation performance.
• Handle or coordinate resolution of transportation disruptions, including: Traffic accidents,  Vehicle breakdowns, Route delays, Other transportation-related incidents.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Hub Management, Network Planning, Technical Services, Warehouse Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth transportation execution across the network.
• Propose and implement initiatives to improve transportation efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

5. Support Executive Decision-Making

• Prepare executive-ready review materials, management updates, and business cases that synthesize complex operational data into actionable decisions.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Operations Director by identifying emerging opportunities, structuring strategic priorities, and removing administrative friction in project tracking.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 5–8 years of experience in logistics, express parcel delivery, e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, or supply chain operations, with a proven track record of leading process transformation projects.
• Methodology expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or structured problem-solving methodologies to deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, productivity, or SLA compliance.
• Comfort in ambiguity—able to take a complex or vague operational issue, investigate root causes independently, and deliver a structured, actionable implementation plan.
  Advanced Excel & BI Skills: Ability to manipulate large datasets, build dynamic operational dashboards, and present insights clearly using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Logistics Systems Fluency: Comfortable working with operational software ecosystems including TMS, WMS, AMS, automated routing engines, OMS, and ticketing/CRM platforms.
• Project Management Rigor: Skilled in managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication using modern tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).
