Major responsibilities

• Assign and update guide fees, entrance fees, etc. in Lemax on a monthly basis.
• Book and schedule local guides (English and German speaking) in Central Vietnam.
• Prepare and print tour booking sheets for all guides (English, German).
• Respond to all emails from the Head Office and other regional offices promptly.
• Provide arrival/departure times and other key details to hotels; contact clients via email or WhatsApp regarding tours and transfers.
• Send daily reminder letters to clients (TUI Transfer or VNOL) via email or WhatsApp.
• Prepare and issue tour programs with all necessary documents and hand them to tour guides before the tour.
• Coordinate with guides, managers, and head office in emergency situations (e.g., weather issues) to handle changes efficiently and appropriately.
• Submit regular reports to the Operations Manager, Head Office, and inbound file handler.
• Copy all new bookings from email to OneNote, verify all details, and print updated welcome boards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Mr. Bao.
• Supervise and trainning new staff.

Job requirements

• Fluent English skills: reading, writing, and basic communication.
• Basic knowledge and experience in inbound tourism.
• Strong attention to detail, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Good teamwork and communication abilities.
