Tour Operator in charge of logistic

Major responsibilities

Key task

• Vehicles check/book /assign on our system
• Work closely with car companies for best prices, contracts, insurances
• Study and research market to find good vehicles at good prices esp new models, luxury cars for VIP or even very VIP customers
• Office technical handling such as Audio headsets, charge battery, maintaining and report
• IT work, helps others “staff computers, fix problem, or contact computer company to support (optional if possible)”
• Wheelchairs handling for special clients who need it
• Note: this description including the mentioned duties/extended duties can be extend during assignment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• English skill
• Computer skills: advanced application skills in all Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook and Lemax applications.
• Discipline at work, enthusiastic and eager to learn new things.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with local vendors and suppliers
• Search for new buses, cars, products, etc.
• Good problem-solving skills.
