Tuyển dụng Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu tại Hà Nội

1. Receive RFQs and prepare quotations; track import/export shipment status; perform HS code classification.

2. Monitor all links in the transportation process, including pickup/delivery and import/export customs clearance; coordinate and resolve any abnormal issues.

3. Liaise with suppliers to maintain cooperative relationships.

4. Assist in tracking and auditing all import/export-related billing and invoices.

5. Handle other tasks assigned by management.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. 2–3 years of pricing/quoting experience in FCL, LCL, or air freight. Candidates with operational experience in Ho Chi Minh City import/export operations are preferred.

2. Familiar with international sea and air freight import/export operational procedures; highly sensitive to pricing.

3. Meticulous, highly responsible, with strong logical thinking and quick reflexes. Able to react promptly to unexpected situations, proactively handle problems, and follow through effectively. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

4. Proficient in MS Office; good command of English is preferred. May need to follow up on shipments during off-hours depending on operational needs.
