Job Summary

We are looking for a Sample Receiving Staff to manage the receipt, registration, and distribution of customer samples, ensuring all samples are accurately recorded, traceable, and delivered to the correct laboratory or business unit in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Receive samples from customers, logistics providers, and SGS couriers, and act as the primary contact point for sample handover.

Register and maintain accurate sample information in logbooks and internal systems to ensure traceability.

Sort and distribute samples to the appropriate laboratories or business units efficiently and accurately.

Monitor sample status and promptly report any issues such as missing, damaged, misplaced, or unidentified samples.

Maintain proper documentation and support daily operations within the sample receiving area.

High school diploma or above (College degree is an advantage).

Good communication and organizational skills.

Basic English communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Careful, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
