Responsibilities of the role

• Act as the primary contact point for customers via online channels (email, video call, social platforms)
• Support sales activities, including quotation follow-up, order coordination, and customer inquiries
• Participate in online presentations, product introductions, and video promoting (camera-on interaction is expected)
• Collaborate with MKT, Key Account Sales and Channel Partner in promotion campaigns to push up sales revenue
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (prefer technical background)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or account coordination and love to act in short videos
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Logical thinking & interested in industry products
• Chinese speaking is highly preferred, OR good working proficiency in English
• Candidates with experience in Machine Automation, Computer Vision, Robotics, Smart City, Embedded Computing, Industrial server/gateway are a plus.
