Task 1

Tracking, and updating fabric status to serve relevant Depts

• Update fabric WIP to work with the supplier. Data for updating is collected from Fabric PO, Invoice, Packing list
• Update fabric status on APS system to serve Planning Dept, Production Dept
• Update fabric information on the WIP PROMO file and WIP weekly to serve the WIP Dept
• Pushing T2 to ship on time o
• Based on Fabric WIP, list all POs with is deadline but the supplier not yet shipped or short ship, send an email to the supplier to request them confirm the new delivery date. When get feedback from the supplier, need to update the new delivery date on Fabric WIP

Task 2

• Balance, update in–out quantity, fabric stock
• Approved liquidation fabric form from the Cutting Dept

Task 3

• Inform replacement and tracking replacement date
• Receive the report of rejected quality of fabric from QA including actual rejected fabric
• Send email informing quantity replacement, date needed to send replacement to supplier
• Update information replacement on the replacement chart o
• Update replacement status on Fabric status, send email to inform Production and to get the confirmation to keep Gac or push New GAC à
• Feedback to Leader if can not keep GAC and work with supplieragain.

Task 4

• Divide and note the fabric lot number on
• Base on Packing list and result of checking color tone from QA, note the lot number which is used for each PO
• Bachelor's degree in garment industry or related field.
• Understanding of garment technical/industry in general
• English Certificate and Chinese refer to.
• Microsoft Office Certificate
