Mechanical Engineer (Mạnh Cơ Khí Chế Tạo)

1. General Description

- Ensure the reliability of factory equipment by effectively implementing preventive maintenance activities.

- Improve machinery and carry out mechanical repairs when failures occur.

2. Key Responsibilities:

- Strictly comply with safety requirements throughout maintenance, repair, and improvement activities.

- Be responsible for the assigned equipment group in terms of maintenance, repair, and improvement.

- Analyze breakdowns (long downtime, recurring issues) to identify root causes, propose solutions and preventive actions, and report periodically to the direct supervisor.

- Continuously seek improvement solutions to enhance equipment stability, efficiency, and safety.

- Collect and update maintenance and repair data for analysis and continuous improvement.

- Prepare and update technical documents and work instructions; support skill development for technicians.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and ensure production continuity.

- Define spare parts requirements, monitor, and propose procurement to ensure availability for repair and replacement.

- Be responsible for reducing maintenance and repair costs within the assigned equipment scope.

- Set personal objectives and support supervisors in achieving departmental goals.

- Make decisions and take responsibility for daily maintenance, repair, and improvement activities.

- Perform other assigned tasks, including workshop-related activities.

- Be empowered to make decisions within the assigned scope of work.

- Comply with quality standards.

- Comply with safety regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education & Work Experience Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related technical fields.

Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing environments.

2. Required Competencies

- Advanced mechanical knowledge

- Advanced equipment maintenance technical knowledge

- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

- Decision-making skills

- Problem-solving skills

- Communication skills

3. Other Requirements

- Proficient in English (all skills)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other applications (e.g., AutoCAD)

- Ability to read and understand hydraulic and pneumatic drawings
