1. Job Overview

Manage team to contribute to site performance improvement through maintenance strategy (M-Foundation) deployment, reliability improvement, maintenance methods application, and continuous improvement of technical standards applicable to the Dept. function. Ensure effective application of engineering best practices to improve equipment availability, reliability, team efficiency, and SMQDC (Safety – Machine – Quality – Delivery – Cost) performance.

Develop technical capabilities, support maintenance excellence initiatives, and provide technical guidance to team sectors to ensure sustainable improvement of plant performance.

2. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

2.1. Ensure “SAFETY FIRST” principle is effectively implemented in all activities of maintenance through monitoring and coaching on working site of Technician, Engineers and related stakeholders.

2.2. Lead maintenance schedule and plan processes including creation, optimization, effectiveness improvement, and continuous enhancement to improve maintenance performance.

2.3. Ensure compliance of team maintenance processes with Safety, Quality, Sustainability, and Company standards.

2.4. Provide reliability engineering support to team sectors for reliability improvement initiatives and Maintenance technical needs.

2.5. Deploy and improve maintenance methods (BMA/CMMS, RCA, Short loop, Bib Solv+, etc.) with appropriate scorecards, KPIs, indicators, and performance monitoring systems.

2.6. Drive equipment performance improvement including TRSP improvement for bottleneck equipment, maintenance cost optimization, spare parts inventory reduction, and consumption reduction.

2.7. Develop technical and maintenance method competencies for team Engineers and Technicians; develop and deploy the process to evaluate Technician skills and competency levels.

2.8. Define and continuously improve machine technical standards applicable to the team function to support all SMQDC domains.

2.9. Ensure maintenance activity quality and continuous improvement mindset through effective governance, standardization, and performance management.

2.10. Integrate maintainability and reliability requirements into existing equipment improvements and new equipment projects.

2.11. Develop and coordinate equipment obsolescence and replacement plans for critical components and systems section manager.

2.12. Support major problem-solving activities in coordination with Manager and team sectors to provide technical input for continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

2.13. Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on maintenance performance, ISO audits, and compliance audits.

2.1. Governance & Compliance: Comply with company safety rules, quality systems, and other responsibilities as assigned by the Sr. Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Automation, Electrical).

- Minimum 8 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing company, complex industrial organizations.

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in maintenance management, preventive maintenance, reliability improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.

- Experience with Maintenance-Foundation, TPM, or similar maintenance excellence programs is an advantage.

- Proven experience leading engineers, technicians, and contractors in maintenance.

- Good English
