We are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Maintenance Executive to support master data management activities across customer, vendor and product data. This role will focus on system migration, existing data cleansing and data quality improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency of master data across multiple systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, good data management skills and ability to work efficiently with various stakeholders and under time pressure to ensure timely and accurate master data processing.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform creation, validation and update of customer, vendor and product master data across multiple systems

• Ensure master data is accurate, complete and compliant with established guidelines and procedures.

• Validate data requests and supporting documents before processing changes or creating new records.

• Conduct data checks to identify duplicate, incomplete or inaccurate records and follow up on discrepancies.

• Process master data requests and updates within agreed service levels and turnaround times.

• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all master data changes.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify data discrepancies and resolve master data issues.

• Follow established data governance, internal control and approval procedures.

• Other ad-hoc activities, as required

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy or a related discipline

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in master data management and data maintenance

• Hands-on experience maintaining customer, vendor and product master data

• English proficiency is a must

• Experience working with SAP and Informatica is preferred

• Experience supporting data reconciliation and data cleansing activities.

• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify data discrepancies and investigate root causes.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently and meet agreed deadlines
