• Plan and execute brand marketing & communication activities to strengthen brand awareness and engagement, including brand events, activations, and communication assets.
• Manage and create content for social media channels including TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with HO Content Marketing team to develop and produce branding content across social and digital touchpoints.
• Monitor and report activity performance and budget, working closely with Marketing Manager to ensure effective execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ILA Centres, HO Marketing teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth and effective execution.
• Manage, execute, and support Marketing projects and campaigns in line with business direction and marketing priorities.
• Stay updated on social media, content, and marketing trends and proactively identify opportunities for brand communication.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1-2+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communication, Social Media, or Content Marketing.
• Strong skills in content creation, social media management, and creative ideation.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, and other relevant AI/creative tools.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn and platform-specific content formats.
• Strong project coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and budget tracking skills.
• Creative, proactive, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Good command of English.
• 1-2+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communication, Social Media, or Content Marketing.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
