- Develop B2B Marketing strategy: Analyze market trends, industry developments, competitors, and target customer needs including electronics manufacturers, OEMs, ODMs, EMS, semiconductor companies, and industrial manufacturers

- Manage brand & communications: Develop brand image, messaging and identity; manage catalogues, brochures, company profiles, presentations, videos, case studies, website and other Marketing materials.
- Technical Marketing & content: Work with Engineering/Technical teams to understand robots, conveyors, automation systems, assembly machines, inspection systems and electronics/semiconductor solutions; translate technical information into clear, professional content highlighting applications and ROI
- Marketing budget management: Prepare the budget plan, control expenses, and evaluate Marketing investment/ROI

- Analysis – reporting – optimization: Report on brand awareness, leads, conversion, campaign performance, budget utilization and ROI; recommend data-driven improvements

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of Marketing experience, preferably B2B; experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, machine manufacturing, electronics or semiconductor is an advantage.
- B2B strategy; market/customer analysis; Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, SEO/SEM, Social media, Email Marketing; Technical Marketing; project, budget and team management; strong communication, presentation and negotiation; good English.
- Good communication skills, Proactive, creative, strategic, results-oriented, data-driven, strong problem-solving, responsible and collaborative.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required; able to work effectively in a B2B environment and interact with corporate customers.
