1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead the Marketing Department, setting long-term vision, strategic direction and annual KPIs aligned with company business objectives.
- Develop a high-performing team and drive performance, creativity, data-driven decision-making and talent development.
2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, PR, events and other channels to drive customer traffic, sales and brand equity.
- Leverage Vietnam's digital landscape, including Facebook, TikTok and Zalo, to maximize customer reach and engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and premium brand representation across all communications.
3. Cross-Department & Partnership Management
- Lead strategic partnerships, co-promotions and collaborations with Lotte entities, retail/commercial partners and external brands to maximize traffic and business synergy.
- Represent the Company in key external meetings and industry networks on behalf of the General Director.
4. Market Research, Analytics & Performance
- Analyze customer behavior, competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and set business-oriented marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data, ROI/ROAS and business results.
- Focus on measurable outcomes, particularly customer traffic, conversion and revenue, rather than vanity metrics such as views or likes.
5. Budget & Financial Management
- Develop and manage the Marketing budget in alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor marketing expenditure and evaluate the financial effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of total marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role (e.g., Head of Marketing, Marketing Director), preferably within hospitality, cultural, entertainment, or tourism sectors.
- Proven track record of leading successful campaigns and driving revenue growth.
- Experience working in the tourism, leisure, or similar industries, with knowledge of visitor attraction management, is highly desirable.
- Experience working in Vietnam is preferred.
