Job Objectives 

The Marketing Communication (MarCom) Intern will support the Marketing & Business Development team in implementing the firm's marketing and brand communication initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, campaign execution, and event coordination while providing exposure to the marketing activities of an international law firm.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

1. Content & Communication Execution 

• Support development of communication assets for:  

o Social media (captions, posts, basic content formats) 

o Website (content, banners, basic copy) 

o Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations) 

• Ensure content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and key messaging framework 

2. Digital Marketing & Channel Support 

• Assist in managing brand presence across digital channels: Social media platforms, Website, Blog Updates, E-newsletters 
• Collect and report basic digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic) 

3. Campaign & Project Coordination 

• Assist in execution of integrated marketing campaigns: Campaign timeline tracking, Asset checklist management, Coordination with internal teams or external vendors/agencies 
• Support on-ground execution of offline activities if applicable (events, webinars)

REQUIREMENTS 

• Final-year undergraduate or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related discipline 
• Basic understanding of:  

o Marketing Communication / Brand Communication concepts 

o Digital marketing channels and content formats 

o Content marketing or PR fundamentals 

o AI knowledge/ AI tools 

• Copywriting fundamentals (clarity, structure, consumer-focused messaging) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Canva Tool 
• Basic analytical skills to read and summarize campaign performance data 
• Good written communication in Vietnamese; basic English reading/writing ability 
• Available to intern at least 3 working days per week.
