Market Research Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on potential and ongoing projects in the Northern region to report to Phu My Hung headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City
Maintain and continuously update the database comprehensively
Prepare market research reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, along with other reports
Travel to provinces and cities as required
Willing to go on business trips to provinces and cities
Other tasks as assigned by superiors
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
University degree or above majoring in Finance, Economics, Investment, Business Administration
Understanding of the law, investment environment and real estate market in Vietnam
Fluent in foreign languages (English)
Presentation skill in English
Good communication and presentation skills
At least 2 years of experience in the field of real estate market research
