Main purpose of the position: To ensure excellence in market execution through independent audits, compliance monitoring, risk identification, and continuous improvement of sales execution standards.

Job description

I. Market Execution Audit & Compliance Monitoring

1. Conduct field audits on Sales Representatives, outlets, and trade programs to verify compliance with company policies, execution standards, and governance requirements.

2. Evaluate FIT scores, execution KPIs, and sales execution quality to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and non-compliance.

3. Audit trade promotion execution, outlet activities, POSM deployment, and sales practices against approved guidelines.

4. Prepare audit reports, document findings, identify root causes, and highlight cases of non-compliance within assigned regions/channels.

5. Follow up corrective action plans and measure improvement of market execution performance.

6. Support risk prevention by identifying early warning signals and recommending preventive measures.

7. Conduct re-audits and verification checks to ensure sustainable compliance improvements.

8. Provide insights and recommendations to Sales Leadership Team to strengthen execution effectiveness and governance standards.

II. Governance & Risk Management

1. Ensure compliance with Sales Governance Policy, FIT standards, trade promotion guidelines, and company procedures.

2. Support investigations of execution-related issues and compliance concerns when required.

3. Monitor execution trends and identify potential risks impacting sales performance and business integrity.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve governance processes and execution controls.

III. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

1. Consolidate audit results and provide regular reports to management.

2. Analyze audit data and identify opportunities to improve execution quality and compliance.

3. Recommend process improvements to strengthen field execution and governance effectiveness.

1. Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, Audit, Compliance, or Market Execution within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Tobacco industries.

• Experience in field audit, sales governance, compliance monitoring, or execution excellence programs is preferred.

• Prior experience as Sales Supervisor, Sales Executive, Trade Marketing Executive, or Auditor is an advantage.

2. Skills:

• Strong understanding of sales processes, trade promotions, retail execution, and route-to-market operations.

• Knowledge of audit methodologies, compliance standards, governance frameworks, and internal controls.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Skilled in detecting non-compliance, discrepancies, execution gaps, and potential fraud.

• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.

• Report-writing skills: clear, professional, concise, and business-oriented.

• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis capabilities.
