· Execute demand planning activities in accordance with the minimum mandatory standards of the S&OP process

· Develop and maintain operational demand forecasts across multiple levels of aggregation and planning horizons

· Analyse historical sales trends and key demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results

· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer finance to understand demand drivers, validate forecast assumptions, and ensure the use of current and accurate information in demand planning

·Collaborate closely with sales team on weekly and monthly basis to review sales performance, update sales forecast and monthly landing estimate, and incorporate latest demand signals into the forecast

· Calculate and monitor key planning KPIs (Forecast Accuracy and Bias, and service KPIs) and identify the levers driving the improvements.

· Coordinate monthly sales target setting for sales representatives in alignment with ASM/RSM

· Prepare and distribute accurate, appropriately formatted demand data and reports to relevant functions in a timely manner

· Work with sales controller and sales administration to ensure sales order aligned with activities campaign execution

· Monitor inventory level by SKU and distribution centre (DC) in collaboration with ISC team to ensure sufficient product availability

· Collaborate with ISC/supply planning team to incorporate latest demand changes into supply plan and address ad-hoc demand requirements to ensure sufficient product supply

· Use and maintain the Demand Planning software or MS office as the primary forecasting system tools

· Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

University graduate (preferred major in Finance/Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Business Administration)

Experience: At least 3-year experience as a Demand Planner in FMCG company

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong business acumen
• Good data analytic
• Solid understanding of end-to-end planning process (demand, supply, inventory management, customer service)
• Good interpersonal & influencing skills.
• Good presentation skill and strong communication
• English Fluency
• MS Office: Advanced level
