Manufacturing Leader - Preparation Section [Location: Phu My 3 Factory]

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for operating the Preparation Machine. The operator leader ensures that the machine runs smoothly and produces high-quality products through accurate and efficient manufacturing processes, including machine operation, quality verification, and maintenance.

MAIN DUTIES

1. Machine Operation

- Have strong knowledge of the Wet Area and Dry Area and related equipment.

- Be able to prepare syrup and respond calmly and effectively to machine breakdowns.

- Have a good understanding of production quality requirements and standards.

- Consistently follow safety procedures and work instructions.

- Perform machine operation and cleaning in accordance with FSSC 22000 and GMP requirements, as well as basic autonomous maintenance practices.

- Communicate effectively with Krones Izumi, THK, and KAG to support machine installation.

- Proactively coordinate and optimize on-site personnel to ensure that project installation schedules remain on track.

- Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills through training from Krones Germany, progressively mastering the end-to-end calibration and operation processes for Mixers and AUHT equipment.

- Have good knowledge of processes such as CIP, COP, SIP, and SOP.

- Follow all safety regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintenance requirements, and housekeeping policies and procedures of the plant and assigned department.

- Perform machine cleaning and basic autonomous maintenance effectively.

- Communicate effectively with Blow & Fill team members and the Maintenance section to maintain machines and supporting tools and ensure that the production process is not disrupted.

- Prepare maintenance and machine repair reports and report them to the superior.

- Clean the machine and Preparation Room.

- Control and monitor the AUHT, pure steam, and related systems in the Preparation Room.

2. Production Process

- Carry out the production process according to the Production Order and predetermined targets.

- Collect, use, and store raw materials according to procedures.

- Coordinate the work of team members and support work improvement and development through training of production team members.

- Comply with GMP and HACCP regulations.

3. Administration

- Input daily data into the system.

- Prepare troubleshooting reports and documentation.

- Check and approve all Preparation processing reports.

- Communicate and coordinate with shift members and other sections.

- Communicate and coordinate with other departments.

4. Managerial / Non-Managerial

- Apply innovation and continuous improvement to each process flow.

- Develop knowledge and skills according to the assigned function and job level.

- Share knowledge and expertise with other employees to support the development of a high-performance organization.

- Propose requirements and improvements for each process according to the assigned work area.

- Implement performance management programs, risk management systems, and good corporate governance practices in accordance with the function and scope of the position.

- Manage the team to achieve Preparation KPIs.

WORK RELATIONSHIP

1. Internal

Utility

- Supply utilities such as 10-bar compressed air, electricity, chilled water, and cooling water.

Quality Control

- Check and measure preforms produced by the Preparation Machine according to standards.

- Verify all inspection devices according to standards.

- Conduct microbiological checks in the Preparation Room.

Logistics

- Supply all materials according to Production requests.

- Verify the stock of all materials.

- Provide supplies and spare parts.

- Carry out stock-taking activities.

Maintenance

- Implement weekly CILT activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Male < 40 years old

1. Education Background

- College or University degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Machine Engineering.

2. Experience Needed

- Minimum 3 years of experience in beverage processing machinery, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.

- Have knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and related control systems.

- Able to read and understand P&ID drawings.

- Willing to work in a 3-shift system.

- Willing to work at the factory in Phu My 3, Ba Ria–Vung Tau.

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team; physically and mentally fit.

- Proficient in using MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Able to communicate in English, particularly in reading and writing.

- Working time: Work 3S 4G o S1: 6 AM ~ 2 PM o S2: 2 PM ~ 10 PM o S3: 10 PM ~ 6 AM
