Support the Regional Controller in managing factory financial activities, tax filings, and financial reporting. Develop and improve financial systems, procedures, and policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Description

• Ensure accurate and timely accounting records and reporting in compliance with VAS, local regulations, and corporate policies.
• Lead month-end closing and financial analysis, including variance, margin, productivity, and performance analysis.
• Support semi-annual corporate hard close, financial testing, and group reporting requirements.
• Manage and control AP, AR, company assets, and inventory in line with company requirements.
• Oversee all tax compliance and statutory filings, including CIT, VAT, and other tax obligations.
• Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and customs regulations; stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate audit support.
• Analyze financial operations to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and efficiency gains.
• Lead process and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance & Accounting.
• Develop and coach the Finance & Accounting team, partner with other departments on effective resource management, and support ad-hoc projects as required.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields;
• Vietnamese Chief Accountant Certificate mandatory; CPA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong technical knowledge of VAS, CIT, VAT, PIT, Labour Law, customs, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel, with strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
• Proven leadership, team management, process improvement, and hands-on execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills;
• High integrity, accountability, and ability to work effectively with management, corporate teams, auditors, and authorities.
