Key Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of DPO's Services for Food Industry (SFI) business by identifying and securing new business opportunities across Asia.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners and key stakeholders to expand business opportunities and customer engagement.

• Promote and sell DPO's portfolio of services including logistics and warehousing, recruitment and payroll administration, legal and regulatory support, trademark and Halal registration and marketing solutions.

• Develop customised solutions, prepare proposals and quotations and lead commercial negotiations to secure new business.

• Manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with client expectations.

• Coordinate with DPO companies, external service providers and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and service solutions.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.

• Contribute to the achievement of company objectives through business planning, regional collaboration and the continuous enhancement of DPO's SFI service offerings.

• Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by the immediate superior and management.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Food Science or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, consulting or project management.
• Experience in food, FMCG, logistics, supply chain, professional services or related industries is preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, commercial growth and stakeholder management.

• Strong business development, sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong project management, stakeholder coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of English.
