1. Lead End-to-End M&A Transactions

Transaction Execution

- Lead sell-side, buy-side, fundraising, and strategic advisory mandates from engagement through completion.

- Manage all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including:

• Marketing preparation
• Investor outreach
• Due diligence coordination
• Valuation analysis
• Bid management
• Negotiation support
• Transaction closing

Project Management

- Drive overall project execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary workstreams across Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, Tax, Legal, and external stakeholders.

Deal Problem Solving

- Anticipate and proactively resolve transaction challenges

2. Advise Founders, Corporates, and Investors

Senior Client Advisory

• Act as a trusted advisor to founders, boards, family-owned businesses, corporates, and institutional shareholders.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable transaction strategies.

Investor Engagement

• Develop and manage relationships with strategic acquirers and private equity funds

Negotiation Support

• Support clients through key transaction milestones

3. Business Development & Origination

Proposal and Pitch Leadership

• Support Partners and Directors in originating and converting new mandates.
• Prepare compelling pitch materials, proposals, market assessments, and transaction strategies.

Sector Coverage & Market Intelligence

• Develop knowledge across key sectors

Relationship Building

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, corporate decision-makers, investors, and referral networks to generate transaction opportunities.

4. People Leadership & Practice Development

Team Management

• Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Quality & Technical Excellence

• Oversee quality control of financial analyses, valuation outputs, marketing materials, and client deliverables.

Thought Leadership

• Contribute to market publications, sector insights, transaction case studies, and practice development initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience Manager:

Have 5–7+ years of experience in:

• M&A advisory
• Investment banking
• Private equity
• Corporate development
• Transaction services with significant deal exposure

Associate Director

• Have 8–10+ years of progressive transaction experience with demonstrated leadership of multiple M&A mandates.
• Transaction Track Record
• Proven participation in and leadership of completed M&A transactions.
• Candidates should be prepared to provide a transaction experience sheet highlighting relevant deal credentials.

Technical Capabilities

- Advanced financial modelling skills

- Strong understanding of:

• Corporate finance principles
• Accounting standards
• Valuation methodologies
• Vietnamese M&A regulations and transaction practices
