PRIMARY

To set up, debug & qualify for automation machine (mechanical), equipment jig tool/ fixture of assembly process by all related technology, technical requirement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Development process to set up new production line, launching new product. New technology study & develop to apply in production.

• Co-operate with Tooling Engineer to review jig tool design.

• Do trial process for new machine, jig tool, set up transfer line...

• Build detail requirements & co-operate with outside suppliers to set up, debug new machine jig, tool for new product.

• Build operation instructions for production line, machine setting condition document.

• Mass trial run & mass production machine readiness preparation.

• Study, research new technology to apply to production machines and equipment.

2. Trouble shooting & problem solving for all related issue of quality, technical due to machine, jig tool assembly on production line during the trial & pre-MP phase.

• Troubleshooting to ensure the operation of equipment, machine.

• Diagnose, analyze for trouble, error arising on production line.

3. Continue improvement for quality up, productivity up & reduce production cost.

• Co-operate with Process Engineer, Production & Quality team to improve capability, ability & performance of current MP equipment, machine.

• New product process design feedback to solve current chronic issue (quality & productivity) related process.

4. Support suppliers to solve issues during setup or trial of new machines, equipment, jig, tool.

5. Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.

8. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION:Yêu cầu công việc

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:

1. At least 5 years’ experience

2. Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites, regional operations, or global engineering projects is highly preferred.

3. Willingness to travel to support project implementation and technical consultation.

PREFERRED: Work experience in electronic manufacturing company

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED:

1. Be able to read & create technical drawings.

2. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes

3. Be able to use CAD (NX, Inventor...)

4. Being good at Office SW (MS Word, excel, Power point)

5. Good communication at English (can speak Japanese/ Chinese is advantage)

6. Confidentiality, initiative, accountability, carefulness, honesty.

7. Willing to learn & share knowledge.

8. Good communication and analytic skills, interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED: Strong trouble analysis and problem solving skill.
